The ONLY water laundered non-woven material

TEXONNTM it is the only non-woven material which can undergo water clean treatment to achieve the required cleanroom condition.  All other cleanroom non-woven apparels are only produced in cleanroom environment or clean processed (i.e. using air current to remove all particles).  Thus TEXONN offer a much higher level of assurance in particle control.  

HOLESS seams -- fully sealed, NO thread, NO holes

Fabrics are melted to form a strong seamless barrier.  HOLESS seams are superior to the prevailing seaming techniques as there are no holes throughout the whole garment and will highly minimize dust or particles passing into the environment by the user.  Comparable products in the market are mostly serged seams or bounded seams, both of which create holes on the fabric and need to use stitching threads.

TEXONN is one of the best materials in the market as barrier for particles protection.  This provides a high assurance for minimal environmental contamination.  Please see the simple illustration using plain four.  

It is re-washable

TEXONN is a washable material.  The general physical properties and the particle shedding properties generally remain intact after washing without considering the normal wear and tear impact on the apparel (note 1).  TEXONN may be rewashed and, subject to the actual application, type of contamination and regulatory limitations (note 2), it may be reused.

Compliant to Type 456 in single use applications

TEXONN hooded coverall and sleeves are CAT III PPE products.  It is subject to annual surveillance by registered independent third parties for quality and performance controls.      

Barrier for liquid

​It offer unmatched protection against particles and liquid aerosols.  It is compliant to CE Type 456 Protective clothing against liquid chemicals, solid particulates and liquid chemicals.   It is seen from the simple test of pressing a marker against the fabric.  

Holds liquid for quite some time

​TEXONN is a unique material.  It is more than a normal non-woven fabric.   It can hold liquid for relatively longer period of time without seepage or leakage compared to other non-woven fabrics.  

Protection better than SMS

​The protection offered by SMS or SMMS material is mainly from the middle layers.   TEXONN protection is from the whole piece of fabric and thus results in different protection properties as seen from the marker test.
